Terms and Conditions – Clubs and Members

1. ClubSupport Australia does not charge access fees for Club(s) and /or Members.
2. Club(s), Members may at any time cease to use the ClubSupport facility (website and portal) without notice or penalty.
3. Club(s) and Members will earn support dollars (AU$) when shopping on-line using the ClubSupport Website and Portal.
4. Club(s) and Members must use the ClubSupport – Website and Portal to shop On-line at all times.
5. ClubSupport and Affiliates are not to be held responsible for a failure of Club(s) and/or Members who do not use the ClubSupport Website and Portal to shop On-line.
6. Club(s) and Members will be permitted to use the ClubSupport name and associated marketing material for their use once registration is completed with ClubSupport Australia.
7. ClubSupport is not to be held responsible for On-line stores offers for product and/or services and free offers. This is the sole responsibility of each On-line store.
8. ClubSupport will use via the Website and Portal, Club(s) and Members status of Club(s) and Members – Memberships, Ranking and Year To Date earnings in Support Dollars and All Stars of ClubSupport Australia.
9. Notwithstanding item 8, ClubSupport Australia will not provide private address, telephone and mobile phone numbers unless authorised by individual members.
10. ClubSupport will not be held responsible for On-line Stores who fail to make payments for Club(s) and/or Members. However, every effort will be made by ClubSupport Australia to investigate matters of impropriety by On-line Stores.
11. ClubSupport Australia will not provide any means of compensation. To Club(s) and/or Members should the ClubSupport and/or On-line stores website, portal or facility goes off-line as a result of any electronic, electrical, civil disturbance, natural disaster, and bankruptcy.
12. ClubSupport Australia reserves the right to cancel a Club(s) and/or Members registration for acts that bring disrepute to ClubSupport Australia. No notice may be given to Club(s) and/or Members.
13. Club(s) and/or Members will receive support dollars (AU$) at March 31st of each calendar year provided that an amount equal to or above AU$200.00 is the support dollar (AU$) balance. Club(s) and/or Members who do not achieve this balance will not be paid. Notwithstanding, any Club(s) and /or Member that achieves a support dollar AU$ of AU$200.00 after March 31st may be paid after consultation with ClubSupport Australia.
14. Club(s) and/or Members who are deregistered for any reason will have access to support dollars (AU$) one calendar month from the date of deregistration from ClubSupport Australia.
15. Support dollars (AU$) will only be paid once cleared funds have been received from On-line stores.
16. ClubSupport Australia may change the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
17. ClubSupport Australia may offer Club(s) and/or Members ‘Special Promotion Items’ through the use of email and/or electronic means.
18. ClubSupport Australia is affiliated with ClubSupport Denmark and shares intellectual, product, management and marketing resources.
